Amol Waishampayan
Creative Director

As Creative Director and Co-Founder of Maiden Media Group, Amol Waishampayan drives all creative processes behind client campaigns and internal marketing efforts. Leading a team of writers, designers, developers and strategists, Amol’s guidance serves as the final word for all deliverables, concepts, and approaches to creative pieces.

Amol’s expertise hinges on the growing concept of building a brand digital ecosystem by integrating online and offline marketing activities in order to leverage existing audiences and point them to digital. He has used this knowledge to build the Maiden Media brand across a number of media avenues including the strategy and maintenance of the company’s social media presence.

Previously, Amol gained extensive background in digital marketing through his position with Unilever where he worked on brands such as Axe, Knorr, and Ben & Jerry’s, tackling responsibilities including execution of digital campaigns, agency selection, evaluation, and reviews.

An innovator from the start, Amol developed a t-shirt company as a teenager, aptly named Baller Inc., and eventually migrated the idea to an online store known as stellartees.com. This entrepreneurial spirit proved to be a predictor for a future in digital, forward-thinking, and ground-up business development at Maiden Media. Amol graduated with Honors from Stevens Institute of Technology with a Bachelor of Science in Business and Technology.
